2018 Trackside Music Festival Artist Lineup

Sarina Haggarty

Saturday, June 30th  /  Side-Track Stage

Sarina Haggarty has been making music for as long as she can remember. She has been an inspirational figure for many around the world. With the tremendous support of thousands of fans, Sarina has performed to full houses in her hometown, including the London Music Hall, the Aeolian Hall, the London Music Club, and many more.

Sarina has garnered attention from many in the music industry for her soulful melodies, deep lyrics, and beautiful vocal stylings.

Born and raised in London, Canada, Sarina has always been surrounded by musicians, as so many of her family members are very musically inclined. She takes inspiration from other artists, but writes original songs based on her unique life experiences, crafting melodies that cross over from singer-songwriter to a hint of country, and indie pop.

Her influential experiences also include sharing the stage with London singer-songwriter Sarah Smith, and jamming with personal favourites Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, and Lennon & Maisy Stella.

Growing up, Sarina was a Make-A-Wish patient who dreamed of performing on stage with a major artist. When Make-A-Wish gave her the opportunity to perform at a sold-out Shawn Mendes concert in Cleveland, Ohio in the summer of 2017, she fearlessly performed the first original song she wrote – “Distracted” – for an audience of 22,000. A couple weeks later, that wish had become a 2017 highlight within the international Make-A-Wish community. Experiencing the touring life for one day encouraged Sarina to keep her hopes high, and to continue dreaming of being on her own successful tour one day.

During the past year, Sarina has been involved in the Jack Richardson London Music Awards, the Western Fair, Bethany’s Hope Foundation, London Celebrates Canada, Make-A-Wish, Epilepsy Support SWO, and she performs almost weekly at large and small events around South Western Ontario. Sarina has performed in local open mic nights and has sung the national anthem to open London Lightning national basketball games, and to celebrate Canada Day at Harris Park. Sarina regularly uses her musical ability to raise money for numerous charities as well.

Fans and newcomers to Sarina’s music are frequently treated to live radio interviews and performances on stations such as Country 104, CFPL 980, 103.1 Fresh Fm, Fm96, Jack FM, CBC Radio, and CHYM 96.7.

Sarina has released two EP’s: “Missing Pieces” in 2016 and “Compass” in 2018.

In 2017, she released of her first music video for her new single “Obsessed”, filmed and edited by Take5digital, and she is grateful to be Nominated for a Jack Richardson London Music Award in the Fan Favorite category.
